What is grind & seal
Grind and seal is a concrete finishing process that involves mechanically grinding the surface to remove imperfections, stains, and old coatings, then applying a high-performance sealer to protect and enhance the concrete. The grinding stage smooths and refines the surface, while the sealer adds durability, improves stain resistance, and enhances the overall appearance with either a matte, satin, or glossy finish.

AESTHETICS & PERFORMANCE
Our grind & seal coating offers the ideal combination of durability and style. Built to withstand heavy daily use while enhancing the overall appearance of your space, it delivers commercial-grade performance with a clean, polished look that makes everything in the space stand out.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
Protection Against Chemicals & Stains
Our flooring is built to resist oil, road salts, chemicals, and common household spills.
Resistance to Impact & Hot Tire Pickup
Engineered for everyday wear and tear, the coating stands up to hot tire pickup and impact from dropped tools or equipment. It’s designed for garages that see real, regular use.
Antimicrobial Protection
The non-porous surface helps block moisture from penetrating the coating, which minimizes the potential for mold, mildew, and bacteria growth. The result is a cleaner, more hygienic space over time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS? WE GOT ANSWERS
HOW LONG DOES AN ESTIMATE TAKE?
Most consultations take about 30–45 minutes and include precise measurements, a review of color options, and a detailed walkthrough of the installation process.
Is the floor slippery when it gets wet?
Grind and seal floors can be slippery when wet, especially if a high-gloss sealer is used. The smoother and shinier the finish, the less traction the surface may have when water is present.
However, this can be easily addressed by using a matte or satin sealer, or by adding a non-slip additive to the topcoat. These options improve grip while still maintaining a clean, attractive finish
Do you remove items from our space before the installation?
We don’t handle item removal ourselves, but we can connect you with trusted vendors who offer that service. The floor must be fully cleared prior to installation, and we’ll provide a detailed checklist in advance to help you prepare.
What cleaning products should I use on my new floor coating?
Do you take special requests?
